Rolling Hills Malbec
Wine
Nannup Estate Rolling Hills Malbec is grown high on the granite ridge of the Blackwood River escarpment, overlooking the rolling hills of Nannup towards the Indian Ocean.
The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness and crushed into stainless steel fermenters for fermentation. The wine is then matured for around 12 months in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels. Prior to bottling, it is fined and filtered.
Dark purple, Nannup Estate Rolling Hills Malbec is full bodied with dense fruit flavours, succulent acidity and firm yet fine tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
